Delivery & Logistics

Sustaero SAF is delivered to airport fuel facilities via vessel, truck, and rail—whatever the location requires. For customers who need fully-blended product, we source and blend Jet A to specification. Our logistics model is designed for practical, reliable delivery to both commercial airports and military installations.

Sustaero has secured two offtake agreements and is engaged with multiple airlines and airports across Canada. Long-term contracts are established prior to plant construction, ensuring supply confidence for all partners.

Site Development Strategy

Canada has 900 decommissioned mills. Sustaero has evaluated 30+ potential brownfield sites for repurposing, with leading candidates in British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. Brownfield development delivers significant capital and timeline advantages—leveraging existing infrastructure, utilities, and rail access.

Environmental Impact per Site

Each plant will achieve 400,000+ tonnes of annual CO₂ reduction while consuming 300,000 tonnes of woody biomass feedstock (15% moisture) annually.
